The item I received was not the color I ordered. I ordered a magenta Shark Rocket vacuum cleaner and received a brown one. However, the seller was willing to take $25 off the purchase price because of the mistake. I was pleased enough to keep the vacuum and not return it. I appreciate the seller was willing to be helpful about the mistake.
