AVOID! Around 20 of my balloons came broken/damaged due to really poor packaging. When I contacted seller with photos they said it was out of their hands and offered me a fraction of the cost back. I refused as I wasn't going to be able to order a fraction of another order so I wanted full refund or a replacement. They came back with a 2nd offer. I accepted this one because frankly I was done with them. When the refund came through it was lower than what we had agreed to. Shocking service!!
