***Emails and Questions***
Please be aware that our office hours are weekdays 9am-5pm and so any queries or questions sent after 5pm on Friday may not get answered until Monday AM. We will endeavor to do this where possible but please be aware that if an item is ending on Sat/Sun it may not be possible for us to answer queries before the item ends.
 
***Unpaid Items***
Payment reminders will be sent on the 1st and 3rd day after sale. If buyers have not contacted us to advise us of payment after 4 days from the sale an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay.
 
***International Buyers***
Wherever possible we try to use Ebay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) for international sales. However, outside of this, import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We can't provide refunds if it's evident that items have got waylaid in the customs office of your country. Unfortunately it is difficult for us to keep track of the various customs rules around the world so buyer's need to be aware of any special requirements in their country of residence. (E.g. Wooden items being delivered to Australia.)

Unfortunately due to various problems with oversees customs offices and postal systems we only able to offer refund for 'lost' items when a tracked/signed for service is chosen. However, for lower value items, this is normally prohibitively expensive, and is not offered as standard. If you are not sure whether an item can/will be sent via tracked post please email before the listing ends and we can clarify this and/or advise you of the additional cost.

    My Navman replacement....

    Received a working,very good condition replacement for my F20 Navman which had a usb connection fault. The replacement works fine and the price was exceptional....all I need now is a way to upgrade the maps and I will be very pleased. The delivery was perfect. I am so used to this model that I wanted to continue with it.

    Value for money does what is says on the box. Great.

    Easy to understand and use without instructions. Clear maps and clear voice directions. I purchased this unit because it was within my price range. I can not find anything I do not like with the unit except the charger whitch has a bigger adapter that fouls gear changing so I have purchased a extention lead that has cured the problem. Compared to other units this one is overall just as good as a top brand examples simple and has everthing you could want with a few extras thrown in

    This sat nav has served me v. well for many years but.....upgrades?

    I Bought the Navman F20 for my mum as a one off to help her with a journey she wasn't sure about. I already have one so I knew it was easy to use. The instructions are clear and the maps good. Unfortunately, the maps cannot be upgraded which is a downside. Shame.

    Great Product, fun for all the family

    Great product, bought a Navman again to replace my other one with has finally stopped working. So easy to use, display and features are excellent and overall value is superb. Would totally recommend to anyone thinking of buying a Sat Nav.

    value for money

    this is a good sat nav very easy to use clear picures and reliable the only fault with them is the conecter to charge up seems week and apparently is where virtually all of them break that said my fist one lasted quite a few years before breaking and i think a cradle is available to bypass this connection if you want
