Medium Firm, Good Quality, But Not Comfortable
It seems to be well-made with cotton contents; it's medium firm, which I thought would be ideal for me, but it gives me no support when I sit up in bed to read (with a heavy, flat pillow bolstering it) and it seems to misalign my neck when I sleep on it on my side, so I've resorted to my ancient, flat pillow with an ancient rolled-up baby pillow supporting my neck, after numerous attempts to get through the night using just My Pillow (I would usually switch to my old pillows after a few hours). I don't think it's worth what I paid for it, even though it was well below retail price. I don't love my pillow!
This pillow is no better than a memory foam. Too hard. To hot. Wish I didn't spend so much money on them. No I will not and do not recommend this pillow. I hate it. Not happy at all.
