If like me you want a quick job doing this may not be the product for you! However it does get the job done but it can be a slow affair. It's easy to use, it apparently gives you 8 mins of steam before you need to cool it down for 5 mins after use. And takes about 2 mins to re-boil. There's loads of add ons, which in honesty you probably won't use. However for the money it's pretty good.

The power of this steamer is about 1/3 of that of a precious steamer which it was purchased to replace. Unfortunately this renders it useless for our requirements. It will now become the temporary back up whilst I re-purchase the original branded (cheaper) one it replaced. The safety mechanism to refill it is also time consuming and the safety switch to activate the steamer is overly awkward. This all is a pity as I like Von Haus as a brand in general

This steam cleaner was great for removing the hardened grease on the tiles and cupboards around my cooker. However, the weight of the machine and need to keep your thumb on the steam button (a necessary safety function) means that you can't use it for prolonged periods. Despite the drawbacks I'm pleased with this item.

Short flex.Because of short flex I’ve had to use an extension lead which is not advised, however so far so good! I suggest that a much longer flex is essential especially when cleaning in the bathroom, and the nearest power point is 16 foot away, also needs refilling after short time, but as I’m an oldie, lol. I just have a coffee and then refill when it’s ready it’s only a few minutes, otherwise accepting that,it’s an acceptable product.

Great little steam cleaner - light but powerful - ready to use in minutes. Has a good range of accessories which are easy to attach and comes with filling cup/funnel. The only thing stopping me giving it five stars is lack of a water level indicator, whiich would be helpful but not a major issue
